mj-simpletech finally got its hands on a classic Airwolf helicopter by Aoshim SGM-08. It's a 1/48 scale high quality replica from the 1984 TV program we grew up loving. It was a program that involves a high-tech military helicopter, code name Airwolf which took on several explosive and secretive missions during its airtime TV series.

From the TV series, Airwolf was dubbed as an advanced supersonic helicopter with stealth capabilities and a great display of a formidable arsenal. We have one die-cast showcase unit here that was just recently added to our neat collections of helicopters.

The display unit is a real gem since it has a working electronic main and tail rotor (2-AAA batteries operated), a manual retractable landing gears and also comes with a set of combat ready assemblies.

As you can see from the picture above, the main and rear rotors are working perfectly.

Doors can be open.

A small detail pilot figure can be seen in the cockpit through the windows.

Fully assembled and in great working shape.

This Airwolf unit is 280mm in length and 210g in weight. mj-simpletech will be selling this classic limited edition collectible for B$380 (only one available). It will include 2 size AAA batteries.
